• You are responsible for your backup settings, destinations, and credentials.
• You are responsible for verifying your own backup and restore processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, service interruption, or backup failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
